The confirmation of your reservation implies the full understanding and acceptance of the following Terms of Agreement. Once a deposit has been paid and received, it is within our understanding that you agree to all the terms as below.
Kindly note that 50% deposit of estimated cost will confirm the reservation.
The number of guests must be communicated 30 days prior to the event and confirmed at the latest, 14 days prior to the event. The final invoice will be based on this figure even in the event of a last minute cancellation.
A 50% deposit is required immediately to confirm booking. The remaining balance is required no later than 14 days prior to the event. For bank transfers, the amount we receive is Nett hence the guest is responsible for the bank fee.

Island Graze is not responsible for any charges by the bank.
The price invoiced to the client by Island Graze is the price indicated on the contract. Any last minute changes requested by the client will require written confirmation by Island Graze.
The contract will be based on IDR currency.
If you require a date or time change, please advise ASAP so we can try to accommodate your request, based on staff availability and other bookings.
We need at least a week’s notice for time and date changes and these are all subject to availability. If we don’t have any availability, then you will need to keep your existing date and time. No changes whatsoever can be considered on the day the event the event is taking place.
We do not refund for parties cancelled due to change of mind.· A credit note for 12 months will be given for cancellations greater than 14 days prior to the event.
Events cancelled with less than 14 day’s notice will lose their booking and no credit note can be offered. At this stage staff have already been engaged and the date has been aside by your request.
Should Island Graze due to unforeseen circumstances, have to cancel your event, you will be offered an alternative time or full refund.
The person organising and/or paying for the event shall be liable to pay for anydamage, loss or breakage to any part of Island Graze properties, including, but not limitedto – all equipment, chinaware, crockery or glassware that has been either intentionally orunintentionally damaged by any guests associated with the event.
