    We prefer at least 24-48 hours. However, we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your preferred date and time so that you don’t miss out due to other bookings. If you have less than the 24-48 hours please contact us directly and we will do our best to try fit you in.

    Areas included in our delivery zones are Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Umalas and Canggu.

    Yes, we can deliver to some other areas of the island such as Ubud, Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Uluwatu. In most cases we will need to hire a car to these areas to ensure the safety of your precious cheese. Please contact us directly with the full address so that we can get a quote for you.

    Absolutely! Don’t be shy. Please send through all dietary requirements directly or include them on your booking form. We want to make sure that everyone gets exactly what they want.

    Yes to both! We have some incredible gluten free bakers and vegan cheese specialists at our disposal.

    100% yes. For grazing tables, it is 200,000rp for this option. Or contact us directly to customise our boxed platters or events menu options.

    Being Bali’s most popular cheese and charcuterie board specialists, we do tend to book out which means if you cancel your booking there is a high chance that we have knocked back other orders. In light of this our cancellation policy is firm.

    We do not refund for parties cancelled due to change of mind.

    A credit note for 12 months will be given for cancellations greater than 14 days prior to the event.

    Events cancelled with less than 14 days of notice will lose their booking and no credit note can be offered. At this stage staff have already been engaged and the date has been reserved by your request.

    Should Island Graze, due to unforeseen circumstances, have to cancel your event, you will be offered an alternative time or full refund.

    If you require a date or time change, please advise ASAP so we can try to accommodate your request, based on staff availability and other bookings.

    We need at least a week’s notice for time and date changes and these are all subject to availability. If we don’t have any availability, then you will need to keep your existing date and time.

    No changes whatsoever can be considered on the day the event the event is taking place.
